Timing

The 8 to 10 business days cover the whole journey: 1 to 2 business days to pack your parcel and hand it to the carrier, then 7 to 8 business days of transit. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Peak periods such as December can add a few days, and we say so on the page rather than quietly missing the window.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your parcel, at the address you entered at checkout. If the parcel has not arrived once the announced window has passed, email [email protected] and we chase the carrier ourselves.

Where we ship

We ship to 18 countries, and our checkout accepts exactly those 18 and no others: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway.

If your country is not on that list, the checkout will not let you complete the order, which is deliberate: we would rather tell you before you pay than take money for a parcel we cannot deliver. Any customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Addresses and delays

Check your shipping address carefully before paying. An incomplete address is the single most common cause of a late parcel, and once a label is printed we cannot always change it. If you spot a mistake, write to us the same day and we will try to correct it before the parcel leaves.
